Are these courses approved for North Carolina credit?
Each course displays its separate Wastewater CE and Drinking Water PGH approval status. Courses marked Not Yet Approved cannot be represented as approved state credit. Requested hours remain subject to beta validation and program approval.
Is this a subscription?
No. The complete package is a one-time purchase of $199.00. Individual courses are $34.95 each unless a course lists a different price.
Do I have to attend a live class?
No. Courses are asynchronous and self-paced. Read the material, complete the required interactions, and take the final assessment online.
Can I stop and come back later?
Yes. Your completed sections and question attempts are saved to your account. Sign in again and continue where you left off.
What is required to complete a course?
Complete all required sections and knowledge checks, the practical scenario, and a final assessment with a score of at least 80%. The passing score is Water CE Online provider policy, not a stated NC DEQ requirement. Retakes are available.
When will I receive a certificate?
After you meet completion requirements, an applicable program certificate becomes available if the course has a recorded approval covering your completion date and your operator information is complete. A completion record remains in your account even when a certificate is not yet eligible.
Are these certification or exam-preparation courses?
No. This catalog is continuing education for working water and wastewater operators. It does not provide operator certification, certification-school instruction, or exam preparation.
