For courses approved for North Carolina Continuing Education or Professional Growth Hours, we may provide required information to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, the applicable Operator Certification Program, certification boards, or other authorized state systems.

Information submitted may include the student's name, operator certification number, course approval number, course title, course date, approved hours, instructor or sponsor information, and other information required for roster reporting.

We may provide information to companies that assist us with functions such as:

Students should not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or complete Social Security numbers through email or customer-support messages.

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Students may contact us to request correction of inaccurate account information.

Certain training records may need to be preserved as originally submitted or corrected through procedures required by the applicable certification authority.
